FRAthletics is a fitness hub located in North London, dedicated to helping you build a better self, brick by brick. 

 

Our mission is to support you on your fitness journey, whether you're just starting out or looking to advance, through a fun and dynamic programme. 

 

More than just a place to train, FRAthletics is a community that brings people together and encourages personal growth. We believe real transformation happens when you surround yourself with positive energy, push your limits, and have a great time doing it.

MEMBERSHIP

Our goal is to offer a specialised yet affordable program that empower all participants to thrive.

 

For under 18, classes are completely free, while those aged over 18 have the option to pay just £20 per month for full access to all our sessions or pay £3 per session.

 

We offer a free trial session to all new members.

 

We also have in place a sponsorship support programme where you can opt to help others and pay £40 per month. This additional fee will cover the membership costs for an individual who is unable to pay for classes.

And the best part? All classes are completely FREE for under 18s.

Our calisthenics sessions are designed to improve endurance, flexibility, and functional strength. These dynamic bodyweight exercises are perfect for anyone looking to push their fitness to the next level.

RUNning CLUB

Saturday - 9am

Whether you're training for a race or just wanting staying active, this run club is for you. We run (no pun intended) various sessions from long runs to high intensity drills. These will help you build endurance, improve speed, and stay motivated every step of the way (this one was intended).

YOGA

Thursday - 7.30 - 8.30pm

Enhance your flexibility, balance, and mindfulness with our guided yoga classes. Designed to nurture both body and mind, these sessions create a calm, supportive atmosphere for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

FAQ

  • Are the classes beginner friendly? Do I need any previous experience?
    No prior experience is needed! We welcome complete beginners, and our classes are designed for those who have never practiced martial arts before. In fact, we prefer it that way, as it allows you to learn our techniques from the ground up in a supportive environment.
  • Do I have to pre book in order to attend a class?
    No need to book in advance! We have an open-door policy, so you’re welcome to drop in for any class at your convenience.
  • Do you offer a trial class?
    Yes! Your first class is completely free. No need to book—just pick a class from our timetable, show up, and let the coach know you're there for a trial. We'll handle the rest!
  • What equipment will I need?
    If you have any suitable equipment, feel free to bring it along. However, if not, we’ve got you covered! You can borrow everything you need from the club for as long as you like. There’s no need to buy your own gear until you’re sure you want to train regularly.
  • What clothing should I wear?
    Regular workout clothes are perfect—whatever you’d normally wear to the gym or for a run. Training is done barefoot, so no special footwear is needed. Just be sure to bring a bottle of water and a towel—you’ll definitely work up a sweat!
  • Why should I train at FRAthletics?
    While the training is challenging, we keep things fun and welcoming. You’ll get a great workout, share plenty of laughs, and feel like part of a supportive community from day one!
